The goal was to transform a public space at Lotte Alley into a high-end, tiered event sanctuary. We were tasked with designing a system that felt accessible to the general public while providing a progressively luxurious experience for VIP and VVIP ticket holders.

Premium Retention: Ensuring VVIP guests received high-value 1:1 interaction time, justifying the premium price point.
